I haven't really done any proper 80's music on this blog so far, this is the first. I was seeing friends last night when Yazoo were mentioned, and its from there that my mind moved onto Depeche Mode. I love Synth and Electro sound and this was an excellent early song by these guys. Look at Vince Clarke in the video, he's got 80's hair and seems to be singing, not his normal android self showing no emmotion or life. (like that fella from Sparks)

Ahh... the 80's and Eighties Music. What a revolution.
ReplyDeletePreferring heavy rock at the time, I publicly denounced DM as "(censored as p.i.) music".
Then after purchasing Violator simply to finish the creation of a group-inspired mix tape, I finally recognized these guys as the musical geniouses that they were and always had been.
